Case Manager

The position of CUA Case Manager (CM) assesses the strengths and needs of families and makes the necessary referrals to secure appropriate support services and other resources. The focus of direct case management is to ensure that all children and youth involved with the formal child protection and child welfare system are in a safe, nurturing, and permanent living situation. The Case Manager is directly responsible for assessing safety and risk, and service planning.
