This is a senior leadership opportunity spanning Client Success, Creator Operations, and Creator Acquisition within a fast-growing creator marketing environment. You will lead a team of five managers and directors while shaping the strategy for client retention, expansion, creator supply, and operational performance. The role combines executive-level client partnership with hands-on ownership of complex, margin-conscious operations. You will build scalable systems that improve delivery speed, quality, profitability, and the overall client experience. You will also guide creator network growth through agency partnerships, talent relationships, and direct acquisition aligned to market demand. Working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Strategy, you will turn data and industry insight into measurable business outcomes.
