This role is pivotal in ensuring that program objectives align with organizational goals, delivering measurable outcomes that enhance service quality and operational efficiency. The manager will oversee cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage resources to drive program success from inception through completion. They will also be responsible for monitoring program performance, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and budgets. Ultimately, the CAFSS Program Manager will serve as the key driver for program innovation, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable growth within the program portfolio. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience managing complex programs or projects within the business services industry. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification. Experience with CAFSS or similar program frameworks and business service models. Familiarity with data analysis and performance measurement techniques. Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and change management initiatives. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive program plans that align with organizational strategies and client needs. Lead, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of program milestones. Manage program budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and meet delivery targets. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate program status, gather feedback, and foster strong partnerships. Identify potential risks and issues, developing proactive solutions to minimize impact on program outcomes. Monitor and report on program performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with quality standards. Facilitate regular program reviews and adjust plans as necessary to respond to changing business environments and priorities. Skills: The CAFSS Program Manager will utilize strong leadership and organizational skills daily to coordinate diverse teams and ensure alignment with program goals. Effective communication skills are essential for engaging stakeholders, presenting program updates, and negotiating resources. Analytical skills will be applied to monitor program metrics, assess risks, and implement data-driven improvements.
