Head of Maintenance - ASEAN

In this role, you will lead and provide strategic direction for maintenance and turnaround activities across Linde's ASEAN operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective performance of manufacturing assets Furthermore, you will drive maintenance excellence by deploying preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and plant availability A key part of your role will be leading multidisciplinary maintenance and engineering teams, while developing capabilities and standardizing maintenance work processes across the region Additionally, you will oversee maintenance budgets, capital projects, turnaround execution, spare parts management, and contractor performance to ensure efficient and effective operations You will also collaborate closely with operations, reliability, and technical teams to drive continuous improvement, optimize asset performance, and strengthen safety and operational excellence across ASEAN
