What You’ll Do: Apply gelcoat, varnish, or other protective and aesthetic coatings using spray guns and other equipment Prepare surfaces through sanding, cleaning, and masking to ensure ideal conditions for finishing Inspect and blend finishes to ensure even color, texture, and coverage Buff and polish surfaces to achieve a smooth, high-gloss final result Mix materials and adjust spray equipment settings to meet quality standards Follow all safety protocols when handling chemicals, PPE, and ventilation Maintain tools and workspace for consistent quality and cleanliness
