Onsite Coordinator for SAP SD/MM

Target engagement is to take over the AMS service during transition and execute the AMS services Roles & Responsibilities: - To play a L2 support role - To understand the client's business, applications, to-be AMS services and the client targets - To understand AMS services to execute AMS - To follow the standard IT service management processes/procedures to make deliverables - To coordinate L1/end users and Central/Offshore technical teams Essential Skills: - Knowledge on SD/MM (+WM) - Proven implementation experience in AMS/L2 support - Experience in ITIL/Service management framework - To have analytical skill (FMA, Shift-left, SQC etc) - Experience in Continuous productivity improvement/Automation - Experience in Knowledge management - Experience in Usage of Ticketing tool - Full SLDM (Requirement analysis - Testing) - Bilingual skill set (or Offshore delivery) - Logical thinking - Mental/Physical strength - Strong communication - Project delivery, Project management capability - Domain knowledge in retail business
