Part Time Bellperson

Job purpose: A Bellman's main duty is carrying luggage for the guests as they come to or leave the hotel. He should also attend the main entrance door, elevator landing area and welcome/farewell guests. Also, arrange, manage transfers, help guests with directions, perform as the first and last impression for them with professionalism, personable, and provide excellent customer service skills. The Bellman is responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to guests while transporting their luggage and providing other services as needed.
