IT Support Intern

During this internship, learning is central. You will have the opportunity to watch experienced IT Support Analysts and independently perform supporting tasks. Your work will include: Participate in the Service Desk and get acquainted with the daily IT support Handle second-line tickets and support users Provide support for walk-ins and meeting room issues Attend Tech Hub sessions and learn from senior analysts Preparing laptops and mobile devices for use Shadowing during floor walks and observing how escalations are handled Participate in daily IT stand-ups and document key insights Who are we looking for? You are following a bachelor course in the direction of IT, ICT or similar You have a good command of English You are eager to learn, proactive and have good communication skills You have an affinity with technology and user support Priority will be given to internships which are part of your academic curriculum. Ideally, the duration should be at least 6 months.
