You Are: EBS Analyst
The Work:
As an Oracle EBS Analyst, you will support purchasing, payables, and financial modules within the Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS). You’ll partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement, enhance, and integrate ERP solutions in a Federal Finance environment. This role requires strong functional expertise, hands‑on solutioning, and the ability to translate business needs into technical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Oracle EBS R12 functional activities across Purchasing, Payables, and Financials
- Participate in joint requirement‑gathering sessions with business partners and document functional and technical requirements
- Develop and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs)
- Collaborate closely with developers to translate business functions into technical specifications and validate deliverables
- Support ERP system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and testing cycles
- Manage and execute concurrent programs, request sets, and PL/SQL‑based workflows
Here’s What You Need:
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS suite functionalities (Purchasing, Payables, Finance)
- Experience implementing and integrating ERP systems using Oracle E‑Business Suite
- Strong background collaborating with business partners and producing FDDs/TDDs
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS R12, concurrent programs, and request sets
- Proficiency with PL/SQL
Bonus Points If:
- Experience with Federal Finance environments
- Functional or technical experience specifically with Oracle EBS Federal Financial Applications

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$100,200 — $203,400 USD
