Location 1033 Young St, Dallas, TX 75202, USA About the opportunity The On-Call Banquet Server provides an exceptional, personalized dining experience by delivering elevated, refined, attentive, and knowledgeable service. This role requires professionalism, refined service skills, strong product knowledge, and a deep understanding of fine cuisine, wine, and service standards to ensure every guest interaction exceeds expectations. What you'll get to do * Greet guests warmly and professionally, guiding them through a dining experience from arrival to departure * Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and seasonal changes * Execute fine dining service techniques, including tableside service, coursed meals, wine service, and proper plate presentation * Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow Skills and Experience * Prior experience in fine dining, banquet/catering with upscale hospitality preferred * Must obtain and maintain any required state or local alcohol service permits or certifications * Must obtain and maintain any required state or local food service certifications * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage * Ability to remain calm, poised, and professional under pressure
