Operations Associate

MarshBerry is currently seeking an Operations Associate based in our Beachwood, Ohio headquarters The Operations Associate supports the IBC team’s operational, financial and strategic initiatives to help the IBC team achieve their goals. The Operations Associate will support the Director of Operations to drive continuous improvement and efficiency to all aspects of operations ensuring IBC services are delivered effectively and consistently. They will handle staffing and workload management to ensure projects are staffed effectively. They will work cross-functionally with the services teams including Finance, HR, Marketing, Compliance and IBC practice teams.
