Sr. Plant Controller

Oversee the execution of all financial transactions, safeguard assets, process improvements within the finance organization, maintain adequate internal controls over company procedures to ensure adherence to management policies and accumulate and report accurate and reliable information on the financial performance of the operations. This role is a key influencing role with heavy emphasis on proactive outreach to manufacturing teams, helping them to understand and drive superior operating performance. Key areas of responsibility will include spend analysis, material & labor variance analysis, forecasting, KPI (key performance indicators) management and reporting, asset safeguarding, driving process improvement and evaluating/tracking cost out opportunities.
