Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

This is a hands-on role where you'll manage your own portfolio of vacancies (frontline, leadership and hard-to-fill roles) while helping shape how we attract, engage and hire talent across the organisation. You'll act as a trusted partner to leaders to solve their workforce challenges, build talent pipelines, reduce reliance on agency/labour hire staff, improve recruitment practices and lead initiatives that strengthen recruitment outcomes and candidate experience including our employer brand.
