Responsibilities: Prompt response/service to customers. Manage or coordinate customer communication for customer complaints FA status and 8D reports. Lead and cooperate with customer for non-NXP cause complaints reduction. Field failure verification for customer complaints. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in engineering. Excellent communication skill and strong analytical and problem solving skill Good at English (spoken and written) Strong PC skill especially on datamining.
