Job Title: Hospice CNA | More Time with Patients. Less Time Rushed. This is your chance to spend less time racing from task to task and more time making a genuine difference. What You'll Do Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Promote comfort while observing and reporting changes in condition. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families. Collaborate closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary hospice team. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. Follow individualized care plans with compassion and attention to detail. Who We're Looking For Current Minnesota CNA certification. Hospice experience preferred, with home care, assisted living, long-term care, hospital, or oncology experience also welcomed. Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
