- Performs handling of numerical controlled production machines, Instruments and their set up for part shaping via chip-forming process within the area of responsibility according work instructions - Ensures requested quality of the produced/manufactured parts through: - Being aware of the specific quality requirements - Self-control after completing own work/working step - Visual control of the completed work - Identification of defect parts or parts with suspected presence of defects, their detention, identification and immediate processing of information accordingly - Maintains appropriate process relevant documentation - Checks and ensures proper use and handling of the equipment, tools and materials (incl. visual control) - Performs complete evaluation of produced parts in required range - Records and documents measured parameters within the relevant software and paper documentation - Handles other machinery and Instruments used at the work station, i.e. parameter measuring devices, band saw, lathe etc. and other manual works during chip-forming process, i.e. grinding, cutting, drilling etc. Education Level : BTS in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electromechanical Communication Social & intercultural sensitivity Change management Target & result orientation Motivation & resilience Self-organization Conflict management Teamwork People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
