Budget and Reporting Manager

Develop and manage the organization's annual budgeting process Prepare and analyze financial reports, variance analysis, and financial performance metrics Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making Monitor and control budgetary expenditures Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Collaborate with departmental managers to develop and track departmental budgets Conduct financial forecasting and risk assessment Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field At least 10 years experience Good knowledge of Turkish GAAP and IFRS Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis Accounting experience and CPA certification are preferred Strong knowledge of financial principles and regulations Fluent in written and verbal English Proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel Having experience in ERP Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
