Enterprise Contracts Counsel

Responsible for Managing the Contracts Management and Development Team in Third Party Risk Management. The team provides expert legal advice and support on a wide range of commercial contracts. The Manage Enterprise Contracts Counsel will lead a team of contract professionals, oversee their work and ensure that the Bank’s third-party agreements meet bank standards, regulatory requirements, and industry good practices. This position requires a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple complex transactions simultaneously. This role involves frequent interaction and collaboration with the Bank’s senior and executive leadership and external third parties.
