Finance Officer

What will you be doing? Ensure vendor information is up to date in A/R module. Ensure invoices processed in the A/R ledger are coded with appropriate supplier and general ledger account codes. Reconcile suppliers’ statement of account and follow-up for any missing invoices. Regularly monitor the A/R ageing report and follow up on any credit notes/missing invoices. Your Skills and experience include: A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role preferably in the Hospitality industry. Have an Accounting or related Degree Sound knowledge and understanding of general ledger coding and accounts structures. Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
