With first-rate customer service, you will be responsible for making sure we continually put our best foot forward. You will be responsible for: Delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers while being courteous and friendly Preparing the vehicles as they enter the Car Wash Tunnel Maintaining a clean workstation Completing tasks associated with facility cleanliness, and appearances such as cleaning the tunnel, sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, shoveling snow, and minor landscaping work as directed by management Following all safety procedures and policies Following all time and attendance policies, including clocking in on time
