Sales Representative - Training & Services

Position: Sales Representative - Training & Services Job Description: Do you enjoy communication, organization, and varied work that combines sales, coordination, and daily contact with customers? We are looking for a new colleague to join our team who will be responsible for selling and organizing training sessions for customers and business partners. This is a diverse role where you will use your independence, planning skills, and motivation to see tasks through to completion. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You will actively offer training sessions to customers and business partners You will become a key contact for customers, resellers, and vendors You will manage participant registrations and provide administrative support for training sessions You will coordinate dates, materials, and the smooth delivery of training sessions You will prepare mailings, marketing materials, and supporting materials You will take care of training materials preparation and related administration You will handle invoicing and receivables records You will contribute to updating web content related to training sessions REQUIREMENTS: At least secondary education Experience in sales, customer support, or coordination User-level PC skills, especially MS Office Communicative knowledge of English, both written and spoken Independence, attention to detail, communication skills, and strong organizational abilities WE OFFER: Interesting and varied work that combines sales, coordination, and customer communication An independent role with the opportunity to take responsibility and organize your own agenda The stable background of an international company and cooperation with partners and vendors The opportunity to develop your sales, organizational, and communication skills The possibility to work in Ostrava or Prague #LI-MN1 Location: CZ-Ostrava, Czechia (28. října) Time Type: Full time Job Category: Sales
