Program Manager, Residential PACE

Renewable Funding (www.renewfund.com) is a recognized industry leader whose mission is to advance clean energy through the nationwide deployment of innovative renewable energy and energy efficiency finance programs and products. We are seeking a Program Manager for our residential PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) programs in California who is positive, self-driven and able to achieve aggressive company goals. This position is based in downtown Oakland, easily accessible by mass transit, and reports to the VP of Residential PACE Products. Responsibilities : The primary responsibilities of the role will be the day-to-day management and performance of residential PACE products. Activities include: Support new program roll-out o Work with a broad team to ensure program design meets all requirements of the client o Develop program policies, documents and materials to support launch of new program o Identify needs of client, track outstanding issues, and complete client requests o Coordinate finance, operations, contractor outreach, marketing and legal aspects of the program for launch o Travel to Los Angeles on a regular basis Implementation and management of program policies o Proactively identify impacts of updates and policy changes to all aspects of program operations such as documents, customer service, sales, and web tools. Analyze potential ways to address impacts and implement solutions o Oversee integral components of the program such as tracking new participating areas, contractor on-boarding, and project inspections o Follow up on a regular basis to ensure that updates and new policies are being implemented as intended o Collect feedback on new policies and potential policies changes o Analyze ways in which feedback can be implemented Partner coordination o Ensure program updates are communicated to all partners and consistent across materials o Manage partner and contractor compliance with product requirements Internal team communication and training o Provide on-going training to call center and sales staff on program updates o Report to internal team, external partners and local government sponsors Qualifications : 5 years experience in program management or operations Experience with consumer finance, rebate programs, or similar initiatives Experience in renewable energy or energy efficiency market is a plus College degree or equivalent experience. GSD [1] is a must.
