Specialist Transport Planning

This role will be responsible for processing domestic transportation operations to ensure goods delivery to internal and external customers on time. Acts as the key contact with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders to support business operations under trade compliance requirements and transportation regulations. What you´ll do Responsible for processing goods return and claims due to damage or loss caused in transit, and coordinate and resolve various problems relevant with return and damage. Day to day domestic transportation planning and operation( Tianjin Huayuan）, including shipment consolidation and temperature-control aligned with product specifications and customer requirements, and real-time track-and-trace monitoring to proactively identify and resolve delivery delays or issues timely. Monthly Collect and analyze data for vender’s KPI and POT-C, support team on continuous improvement and Valco projects. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including laws and regulations of transportation and dangerous goods. Other meetings and online training sessions.
