Machine Operator II

Position Summary The Tube T-Nut Operator is responsible for operating the T-nut machine to properly install T-nuts into flanges in preparation for production. This role ensures accuracy in part selection, maintains material organization, and supports efficient production flow while keeping the work area clean, safe, and organized. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Employee may be required to perform, but is not limited to, the following duties: Operate the Tube T-nut machine to insert T-nuts into flanges according to production requirements Verify that the correct T-nut is installed in the appropriate flange based on size and specifications Print and apply labels to completed pallets as required Wrap completed pallets securely for staging or transport Gather and maintain required materials, including T-nuts and wrapping materials, to ensure efficient operation Store materials in designated containers and keep them properly closed and organized to prevent mixing of different T-nuts Move pallets within the assigned work area using approved manual handling methods, including pushing or pulling when necessary Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company standards Support overall production flow and assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervision Perform all other duties as assigned
