Job Description 1. 執行SiP與新製程相關之材料、設備、品質之實驗規劃, 以滿足公司技術藍圖與客戶需求。 2. 協助運作優化及標準化先進製程, 確保工作流程持續改善, 進而達到製程穩定。 3. 分析產品不良, 降低異常發生, 進而提升良率. 4. 依據C-flow & review process / FPYR, 讓新產品如期順利導入. 5. 透過團隊合作, 順利完成任務.
