Joby Aviation is seeking a motivated Workforce Development Partner for an initial 6-month contract in Dayton, Ohio. A high-performing candidate will be considered for a full time role following the initial 6-month term. In this position, you will be instrumental in building a robust pipeline of skilled manufacturing talent to support Joby’s aerospace production growth.
