Role: 装配操作工 Reporting to: 生产主管 Division: 矿业 Department: 运营部 Work location: 无锡 Country: 中国 Business Need / Purpose of Role: 阀装配生产 Objectives & Measurement Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities: Including but not limited to: Responsibilities: · 注油阀装配生产及其性能测试； · 个人作业安全管理，包括PPE、安全操作、化学品使用等； · 根据领班安排的计划执行生产任务； · 现场点检/全员维护/5S； · 严格执行标准化作业； · 正确填写各项生产相关表单及记录； · 遵守公司各项管理规定，包括工作安排、劳动纪律、考勤、休假、就餐、工间休息等； · 持续改进； · 其它装配领班/生产主管安排的相关工作。 Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications Education and/or Experience: · 高中以上相当学历； · 机械工作经验优先。 · 能看懂机械图纸。 Core Competencies 3-5 competencies to perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies. · 执行力强； · 责任心强，工作主动，认真负责，能吃苦耐劳。 · 具有环境和安全意识 Work Hours 长白班 Organization Chart Org-chart attached
