About the role
Eurasia Group is seeking an experienced and motivated consulting professional, based in our New York office, to lead our Corporate Consulting Team within our Corporate Advisory Services group. Eurasia Group's Corporate Advisory Services group engages multinationals across a variety of sectors through complex studies and ongoing engagements utilizing Eurasia Group’s market-leading political forecasting and analysis. These services include cross-country comparative assessments, regulatory forecasting, scenario analysis and planning, investment reviews and M&A support, risk and opportunity identification, political power mapping and stakeholder analysis, dashboard and key indicator development, and risk diagnostics. These projects range from sub-state analysis and single-country deep dives, to multi-country comparative assessments and global trend analysis. You will lead Eurasia Group’s highly-talented global consulting team, managing the portfolio of complex engagements across our diverse client set, and scoping and designing innovative deliverables directly with clients and prospects. You will also be responsible for collaborating with our business development executives to drive new business. You need to have experience scoping and delivering complex projects to clients in a range of functions, corporations, and industries, with experience negotiating engagement scope a plus. You will have a firm understanding of the key business drivers for major multinationals and a robust understanding of corporate planning and strategy setting. You will have an aptitude for developing creative and innovative engagements in collaboration with client stakeholders to create win-wins. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to build and manage relationships with clients and coordinate teams and projects within our firm. Attention to detail and exceptional organizational and project management skills are a must. A Master's degree and significant relevant professional experience in general management consulting and business development is required.
