General Manager HRBP - HR

Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention Provide HR policy guidance Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning Identify training needs for teams and individuals Evaluate training programs Suggest new HR strategies Lead recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities in partnership with business leaders Drive performance management, annual salary review, promotions, succession planning and performance improvement initiatives Lead employee engagement, rewards recognition, retention and employee survey programs Ensure statutory compliance, labour law adherence, POSH governance and audit readiness Develop HR dashboards and workforce analytics for decision making Lead organization change and transformation initiatives Coach Team Leads on talent, leadership and employee relations matters Manage external recruitment agencies, assessment providers and training vendors
