Manage all phases of civil construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout - Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost reports, and forecasts - Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal teams - Review contracts, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance - Procure materials and subcontractor services as required - Track project progress and prepare reports for management and clients - Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies - Identify project risks, resolve issues, and implement mitigation strategies - Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
