Guest Services Representative

Reporting directly to the Marketing Operations Supervisor, the ClubJACK Representative is responsible for greeting and activating player’s Loyalty Club card at the lecterns and working the promotion area during entry activation. Must be able to explain and communicate current casino programs and promotions to players. Will also be responsible for greeting busses and providing incentives for bus patrons as well as directing bus parking in an outdoor environment.
