Maintenance Technician IV - Night Shift

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician IV is responsible for performing scheduled, unscheduled, and preventive maintenance on a wide range of beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skills, including expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, conveyor systems, and PLCs. The technician serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on specific equipment, regularly monitoring performance, discussing observations, and making recommendations for improvement. Additionally, this position promotes and upholds company quality and safety standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
