University Representative

POSITION SUMMARY: The University Representative serves as a relationship-focused member of a territory-based recruitment team, working in tandem with the senior team lead and under the leadership of the Assistant Director of Outreach. This role supports the strategic development of an assigned territory by building relationships with prospective students, families, churches, Christian schools, homeschool communities, and other aligned influencers while helping strengthen the university’s long-term enrollment pipeline. The University Representative combines student recruitment responsibilities with territory relationship support through consistent communication, follow-up, travel, event participation, and partnership stewardship.
