Travel Nurse Recruiters - 100-120K Annually

Responsibilities and Duties : Staffing and Recruiting: Source, screen and qualify passive and active candidates for open requisitions. Qualify prospects for potential staffing opportunities. Take job orders from clients and share details with the recruiting team. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to find and engage diverse healthcare talent and business opportunities across the competitive landscape. Build authentic and meaningful relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and teams. Partner with hiring teams to build a recruitment timeline, strategy, sourcing plan, assessment tools, and appropriate job descriptions. Key Skills and Qualifications: Healthcare Staffing, Recruiting Proven leadership, effective communication, and strong task management. Client-facing experience and a proven ability to engage with customers and build lasting relationships. Ensure engaging and positive candidate experiences as we continue to scale our organization. Highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple tasks and dynamic priorities without missing a beat. Experience : 2-5 years as a Travel Nurse Recruiter in a Staffing and Recruiting environment. (Required) Education : Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) or equivalent of education and experience (Required) Compensation: Base Salary Plus Commissions/Bonus to equal a Six-Figure Opportunity.
