As a Talent Business Partner, you provide guidance to attract, develop, engage, and retain the right talent in the organization. Support staffing analysis and capacity planning, developing recruiting plans, sourcing strategies, and provide guidance to leaders on reorganizations, retention efforts and Talent Management initiatives and processes such as Performance, Recognition, Talent Review and Engagement. Be a single point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related topics. The Talent Business Partner, performs all his/her duties within the legal labor framework related to local and federal laws, corporate policies and procedures. Prepares a variety of reports including budget, vacancies and personnel movement. Support in the implementation of key projects to contribute to HR strategy.
