About the Role

As Senior Associate – Operations , you will ensure smooth day-to-day administration and transport operations for client locations — with high ownership across routing, safety, vendor coordination, and employee support. This role is designed for an execution-first operator who thrives in detail-heavy environments, maintains strict process discipline, and ensures reliable service delivery with minimal escalations.

You will manage transportation operations end-to-end — from daily cab routing and escort confirmations to compliance checks, audits, and vendor scorecards — while serving as the first point of contact for employee transport-related support.</span&gt
