ABOUT HIRESENSE.AI HireSense.ai is a Talent Intelligence company helping organisations make smarter, faster hiring and workforce decisions through data, AI and human insight. The Talent Advisory & Research team works on market intelligence, primary research, talent mapping and strategic workforce projects. Work directly with the Founder's Office on research, customer and business problem-solving assignments. This is not a narrowly defined internship. It suits someone who enjoys working across different problems, is comfortable with ambiguity, can speak confidently with people, and will take an assignment from start to finish. You might research a market opportunity one day, speak to customers or industry professionals the next, analyse data for a business decision, or help solve something urgent. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON Primary and market research — interviews and structured cold calls with customers, professionals and industry experts; secondary research across companies, industries and competitors; turning findings into simple, actionable insights. Customer and stakeholder conversations — introductory and information-gathering calls, asking thoughtful follow-ups, probing past surface-level answers, and communicating what you learn clearly to the team. Founder's Office projects — high-priority problems cutting across research, customers, operations, strategy, sales, product or talent. Investigating issues, finding root causes, and driving smaller projects to closure. Data analysis — spreadsheets, datasets and reports; spotting trends, patterns and inconsistencies; combining qualitative research with quantitative information and presenting it simply. AI and productivity tools — using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and similar to accelerate research and analysis, validating what they produce through your own thinking. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We care more about how you think, communicate and learn than about your academic specialisation. Strong communication, confidence speaking with people you do not know, critical thinking, problem-solving, research orientation, comfort with numbers, AI fluency, learning agility, an ownership mindset, and comfort with ambiguity. WHO WOULD ENJOY THIS People who are naturally curious, like talking to people and understanding how they think, are comfortable making cold calls, enjoy researching unfamiliar topics, and prefer being given responsibility over structured tasks. WHO CAN APPLY Final-year students graduating in 2027, or recent graduates from the 2025 and 2026 batches, from any discipline. Prior internship experience is useful but not required.
